Ideally situated on the northern end of the Queen Charlotte Islands, with in the picturesque town of Masset, Gerry's Fishing Charters is located with in a short boat run to the finest salmon saltwater fishing in the world. Along with the fabulous fishing you can expect to be
treated to some of the warmest hospitality with in the comfort of
Gerry's B&B.

Whether it be in the main house with your hosts Bonnie and Gerry or in one of the separate private houses, your stay will be a memorable one filled with memory's of fine food, great
hospitality and, of course, incredible fishing.

Types of Fish

Salt Water Fishing at its Finest

Our fishing season runs from mid May to mid September with good salmon fishing. Our largest salmon is the Chinook, also known as King, with one over eighty pounds caught last year. Other salmon include the Coho, the acrobat of the bunch as well as Pinks, Chums and the elusive Sockeye.

Bottom fishing is done as well and can result in the catching of halibut, lingcod and other cod species as well as snapper and other bottom fish.

Our charters are available for a day or a week - you choose. Your charter includes lodging, all meals and, of course most importantly, your days fishing with everything supplied.
Of course, you can book for fishing only, if lodging is not required.

Along with the world class fishing one can find a multitude of other activities to enjoy while on the Queen Charlotte islands. These islands are literally an outdoor enthusiast playground. Superb nature and bird watching are available in seemingly endless amounts.

Arguably the finest beach crabbing and combing can be found on world famous North Beach. Many people enjoy hiking through moss covered old and 2nd growth rain forest while they keep a sharp eye out for Chantrel Mushrooms. Soak up the rich history and art of the traditional Haida people of the Charlotte's. What ever your speed or needs, Gerry's Fishing Charters can help make your stay on the Haida Gwai a successful one.

We offer a full range of services and accommodations. You can have bed and breakfast, packed lunch or the whole meal deal.
