| Trophy catches of salmon, halibut and lingcod are easy to find at North King Lodge
Our guests use 17½ foot custom-welded aluminum center console boats powered by 60 HP Yamaha 4-stroke outboards. Fishing is right at our own back yard and less than two minutes from the lodge! Each year, guests catch several Chinook in excess of 50 pounds. Last year, the largest salmon caught was 68 pounds! The Lodge record is a whopping 73.5 pound chinook caught in 1999. Imagine it: huge Chinook and trophy Coho right at your doorstep. An amazing 25 pound coho was landed in 2005. Our bottom fishing areas constantly produce:

| New Chinook Lodge Record This Chinook Salmon was caught on the morning of August 2, 2006 by Dean Crone. The salmon weighed 73.5 pounds beating the old record of 71 pounds from 1998. Every year fishermen at North King Lodge land a couple of chinook over 60 pounds, but once in a while some lucky angler lands that monster 70 pound plus salmon. Congratulations to you Dean. |

| Our luxury fishing lodge was newly built in 2001 with your comfort in mind. The 16 double rooms are luxuriously finished with private bath and separate washing areas. Each room is tastefully decorated and has large picture windows that set the tone for the level of comfort and service you expect and will receive from a first class lodge. We can accommodate 35 people at North King Lodge. After a robust day's fishing, relax in our hot tub on deck or join friends in the Eagle Lounge. We have movies a pool table and cards for your enjoyment. We take great pride in our gourmet meals at North King Lodge. Our chef prepares three hot meals each day with unlimited snacks. We feature local seafood but also cater to individual tastes. Meal times are flexible as we do not want you to miss the hot bite times. Complimentary beer and British Columbia wine is served with meals. |
