From fun weekend getaways to conferences and tour groups, the Bloodvein River Lodge can accommodate your every wish in a setting unlike any other. The river's natural appeal, numerous tumbling rapids and abundance of wildlife make the lodge an Eco-tourist's dream getaway. There are numerous natural campsites along the shore and Aboriginal paintings and carvings are an added treasure found along this centuries old route. The Bloodvein River, as well as the Gammon River, flow through Atikaki Provincial Park. The Ojibway word "Atikaki" means "country of the caribou." Bloodvein is only accessible by air and water, the 4,000 square kilometer park's 1,000 km of interconnected waterways are among the finest in North America The Bloodvein River provides incredible scenery with rugged rock outcrops, boreal forest and plenty of whitewater rapids. Fishing is phenomenal and in September, ducks and geese fill the skies. Bloodvein River is a true natural treasure. |

The Bloodvein River Lodge has four (4) guest rooms which will comfortably accommodate a maximum of five people. The Bloodvein River Lodge is open year round to those seeking a natural retreat. Reservations may be made Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Check in anytime after 1:00 p.m.; check out at 12:00 p.m. A fully functional kitchen offers scrumptious home cooked meals as well as traditional cultural dishes. Please Note: Accommodation & Corporate Rates do not include meal fees. |
