| To reach Buckeye Cottages travel north on Hwy 69 to Hwy 64 through to the town of Lavigne, and just follow the signs leading to our Resort. If you are coming via North Bay, take Hwy 17 West from North Bay to Verner, then South on Hwy 64 until you see the signs to Buckeye Camp |

Whether you are a seasoned sportsman or a novice, the waters of Lake Nipissing offers a variety of species, Walleye (Pickerel), Northern Pike, Perch, Smallmouth and Largemouth Bass, Muskellunge and Panfish. If your preference is Speckled or Lake Trout, nearby waters offer this species. Rent a boat from us or bring your own, and enjoy our brand new docking facilities right in front of the cottages. When you bring your catch in, clean it in our modern fish cleaning hut, to preserve your catch until you're ready to go home, ask us about our free freezer service. We also have MNR licenses, bait, gas and souvenirs on site | |

With fully equipped housekeeping cottages, we offer the comfort everybody needs for a perfect holiday, safe environment for the children, playground with swings and slides, badminton, horseshoes, paddleboat and canoes are also available. Excellent fishing and hunting; for the winter lovers, the fishing doesn't end, Ice fishing season starts again in January, and we have access to top snowmobile trails right in front of our resort. Grocery/hardware/liquor store, restaurant with home cooked meals, local Tavern, Community Centre, Golden age Club and church, only five minutes away. |

| Buckeye Cottages offers 2 and 3 bedrooms models available year round. All our units include full kitchen equipment, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes etc.; drinkable water from every tap, a 3-piece bathroom (lots of hot water), TV, baseboard heaters and a wood stove. All cottages have a great view of the Lake, as well as their own picnic area, charcoal BBQ and fire pit, everything you'll need to enjoy a comfortable stay is included, except for paper products, bath and kitchen towels. | |

| In the winter months, Buckeye Cottages is the perfect place to visit, offering cozy cottages, snowmobile rentals and fishing huts. We have easy access to great trails, TOP D-103 passes right in from to our Resort, enjoy nature, wild life and fresh air as you take a snowmobile ride. Fishing in winter is a lot of fun, rent one of our ice huts equipped with woodstove for your comfort, fish on the ice and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of many others in the little "Ice Fishing Village" around the Hardwood Islands. Transportation is available by snowmobile. | |
