Welcome to Chapleau Lodge the only lodge on Borden Lake , Ontario's Walleye & Northern Pike Fishing Hotspot and the gateway to your Canadian Wilderness Vacation. Types of Fish

The lodge is located on spring-fed Borden Lake in Northern Ontario, which produces some of the best fishing in Canada for Walleye, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, Whitefish and Lake Trout. We have lakes and streams in the area that have excellent Brook Trout Fishing. Our location also produces many opportunities for photographing wildlife such as Moose, Black Bear, Loons, Bald Eagles and much more.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations on which a deposit has been paid are guaranteed.

A deposit of $150.00 per person is required within 14 days of booking. If cancellation is necessary, deposit will be refunded if received 90 days prior to arrival date. If after this date deposit will be applied to a later date, or following season.

Our accommodations include American Plan and Housekeeping cabins. Our main dining room serves delicious cuisine. We have activities for the whole family other than fishing so please explore our

BOATS, MOTORS & DOCKS:

Motors & Boats
All our boats and motors are mechanically maintained by professionals. The boats are kept clean. The motors run smooth and fast yet troll slow to maximize your fishing ability. Below are the features:

9.9 Yamaha Motors.
14 foot Starcraft Fishing Boats (fit 2 or 3 adults comfortably - deeper hull than most 14 foot boats).
Each boat supplied with safety cushions, swivel seats, life jackets, net, stringer, anchor and oars.
A day's supply of worms (American Plan only)
Full fish cleaning, freezing, and packing service (American Plan only)
We also have a tackle shop if you need some equipment.

Docks
Our docks are of heavy-duty construction and solid. They are also close to the surface of the water. These two features allow you to walk on the dock without losing your balance (no shaking or wave action) and it also makes it easy to get into and out of the boats. If you have a physical disability, the dock staff is there to help you
