| Directions From Toronto Take Hwy 400 North to Hwy 69 North to Hwy 17 West to Hwy 144 North to the end. (Gas up on Hwy. 144 in Gogama) Turn Left on Hwy 101 West & follow approximately 34 kms. Or 21 miles. Turn left after Horwood Lake Lodge sign on the Kenogaming Road - follow the signs to lodge - after 7 kms. (4.5 miles), stay right at the Y. Continue on main road until crossing railway tracks - then turn right onto Penhorwood Road for another 8 kms. (5 miles) till you see the Horwood Lake Lodge entrance road on your left. Directions From Sault Ste. Marie Follow Hwy 17 east towards Sudbury At Thessalon turn left on Hwy 129 North Near Chapleau turn right on to Hwy. 101 East At Folyet - fuel up Continue on Hwy. 101 East approx. 60 kms. (40 miles) past the Horwood Road till you come to the Horwood Lake Lodge blue & white Ontario road sign & turn right on the Kenogaming Road - follow signs to lodge - after 7 kms. (4.5 miles) stay right at the Y - continue on the main road until crossing railway tracks - then turn right at the Penhorwood Road sign & continue for another 8 kms. Walleye, northern pike, perch and whitefish are in abundance in Horwood Lake. The lake is known not only for its beauty, but also that it is a very healthy naturally producing lake. Its large size and low level fishing pressure contribute to ensuring Horwood Lake will remain rated amongst the top for years to come. It has been the subject of numerous fishing shows but we prefer to think the success is shown on the smiles of our guests who have caught their dream that day and can't wait to tell us. |

| We would like to welcome you, to our remote Northeastern Ontario Canadian Fishing-Hunting-ATV Adventure Lodge. 2008 will be our inaugural season here at Horwood Lake Lodge. As the new owners of Horwood Lake Lodge we will keep the traditional values of the Lodge intact, and try to make the improvements necessary, to provide you, our guest, with the vacation that you dream of all year long! Here at Horwood Lake Lodge, we will strive to give you only one thing to think about while you are our guest, where do you want to fish next! The Horwood lake system has all the needed natural components to provide a world-class fishery, for Walleye, Northern Pike, Whitefish and Jumbo perch. The lake is both River-fed, and spring fed, insuring a natural water temperature, along with a deep water structured bottom, to provide plenty of structure for fish to naturally look for feeding zones, throughout the entire lake, yearlong. Horwood Lake Lodge has been described as a world-class fishing and hunting camp, with the pampered environment of an exclusive Bed & Breakfast. Our Lodge offers clean, comfortable accommodations. Each cabin is equipped with hot & cold running water, showers, flush toilets, along with a fully equipped kitchenette, with refrigerator for our housekeeping guest. For our "American Plan" guest, we offer daily maid service, fresh clean towels daily, and three meals per day. |

| ON THE WATER GUEST CABINS We offer 7 direct on the water cabins & 1 offset adjacent to the water cabin all overlooking beautiful Horwood Lake. The cabins range in sizes from L-shaped, 1 room with a queen sized bed to larger cabins accommodating 10 beds. Each offers fully equipped kitchens with stove & refrigerator, 3 piece bathroom including your own private shower & flush toilet, wood burning stove, culligan water cooler, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, glasses, dish soap, towels & face cloths, sheets, pillows & blankets all provided and of course electric lighting and 24 hour electric service. (Electricity at the camp comes from generator so we ask that you refrain from using electrical appliances such as hairdryers etc. unless permission has been granted at non peak times) DON'T FORGET TO BRING! Beach towels, personal toiletries & shampoo, any required medications, travel mugs, binoculars, camera, sunscreen, rain gear, childrens life jackets. |
