We are located in the Arctic Water shed and on the James Bay Frontier. Our local region is called Gogama Wilderness. The lodge is located in this wilderness region and on beautiful Mattagami Lake. Twenty miles north of Gogama, one mile East off Highway 144.

| DISCOVER THE SERENITY AND SECLUSION OF MOOSE POINT Tour around the many islands of Chebogan Lake. Explore the numerous nature trails of the boardwalk in the wetlands of the Sturgeon River. Observe the many kinds of birds, grouse, ducks, geese, moose, bear, snowshoe rabbit and various other small animals. Great for the bird watchers. |
The remote setting is the ideal place for that special fishing or hunting experience, or a relaxing family vacation. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery as you travel 40 miles of open waterways, which abound with Northern Pike, Walleye, Whitefish, Perch and Smallmouth Bass. Plentiful nature trails offer the opportunity to explore the diverse landscape and snap the perfect photograph of grouse, snowshoe rabbit, lynx, black bear, ducks, geese or moose. A daily fly-in fishing trip or a short sight-seeing tour by air may be arranged with prior notice. After a successful day of fishing, hunting or wilderness exploration, relax in our comfortable and clean housekeeping cottages. |

| Our year round housekeeping cottages all have a perfect view of Lake Tomiko and nicely landscaped yard. Our cottages are clean and well equipped for your personal comfort. Each cottage has their own:

Wilderness Cottages
We have nice clean cottages, which are fairly new or have had many new upgrades and renovations over the last couple of years. All cottages overlook the lake. Cottages include 3-piece bath, running water, hot water, bedding, pillows, cooking and eating utensils, electricity, refrigerator, counter top stove, lights, and BBQ. (Please bring your own towels). There is also a lounge in the main lodge where you can play cards, pool or just relax and meet some of the other guests. |
