Accommodations
The lodge is located in Canada’ s Yukon Territory and borders the famous Kluane National Park. It is nestled at the end of Talbot Arm which is 60 kilometres from civilization and is accessible by either plane or boat. Rugged mountaintops surround Talbot Arm as far as the eye can see. In the winter, the lodge is accessible by snowmobile.

The cozy rustic lodge has 4 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom with a hot shower, and a small bar. In the evening the guests can sit around the wood stove or the bar and reminisce about their adventures during the day. There are 2 comfortable cabins and a new shower house located on the beach just in front the main building. The cabins are equipped for 2 people. A 3rd cabin dated back to the early 1900’s might be what you’re looking for to live like an “Old Trapper”; well we have one of those too. We limit the number of our guests to 6 - 8 to ensure that each and every person experiences an exceptional wilderness adventure.

The Ruby Range Wilderness & Fishing Lodge has been the location for numerous television documentaries and films produced by Hardy Krüger, Dieter Producer, Hermann Feicht and Klaus Gretzmacher. The most recent documentary “Follow Your Dreams” was produced by Anne Pick and Werner Walcher. This is an inspirational true story of Frank Mueller (owner of the lodge), who moved to the wilds of Northern Canada to follow his dreams.
